The above issue caused the following L10N project to be incomplete so that this project does not have a “Stable” and “Development” component and unlike other normal ones.

I already localized Metrics Query to zh_TW, when this plugin’s L10N project is complete, I will upload all zh_TW translations to its owned L10N project, then the GlotPress system will push zh_TW language files to zh_TW WordPress sites using this plugin.
