This setting can be found under the Shield Security Dashboard => Settings => Login Guard

If you have any trouble to log into your site as the result of Shield, you can use a forceoff method:
https://icontrolwp.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/3000000959

This will keep Shield active, allowing you to get back into your site and disable Bot Protection option.
