• OK, three issues, first…page hits arent showing up in the stats.

    I have reset the plugin and have been trying to troubleshoot this but nothing seems to be working. I go to the blog from various parts of the world and those hits are not registering…or any other users.

    Second, under Visitor IP in settings I am seeing Please check your internet connection and try again. Which doesnt have sense? Since I am on the internet? So, why the message?

    How do I reset the stats to zero?

    Thank you for your help, any troubleshooting tips on why hits arent being displayed would be great.

    All these issues happened because of the misconfiguration of the plugin and I guess all of them would be resolved after resetting the plugin. Please watch the following video and reset the plugin. Then reach out and provide me with your feedback.

    OK, reset, done.
    Tables cleaned.

    On the visitor IP tab I am still seeing Please check your internet connection and try again.

    Will test and see if stats are coming back. Again, thank you for your help.
