    About a week or two ago, I started seeing this message whenever I clicked the Stats button on the admin page:

    Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection

    This message was displayed on a small pop-out banner in the top right corner of the page with the usual black banner. In the pop-out banner, there was also a link to my wp-admin. Otherwise, the page I was trying to view was blank. I can view other pages from my dashboard (Posts, Pages, etc) but there are a few that show this message. I also received an email concerning a recent post I made that required approval of pingbacks and couldn’t do so, but got the same blank page with the same message. I cannot chat with WP because of this issue (get a blank page with the pop-out banner), so hopefully someone here can direct me to a resolution. Thanks!

    I took a look and from this end, your Jetpack connection looks great.

    As a WordPress.com Business user, you’re entitled to live priority support. To access this, in your WordPress.com dashboard, click on the ? Icon in the upper right corner of the page. (Next to the notification bell) If you’re still having issues, that’s the quickest way to get support.

    Yeah, this was weird… I don’t know if this will resolve the issue for everyone, but I accidentally logged out and then logged back in and all of these pages that were having issues all of sudden worked. I don’t know what triggered this issue to begin with, but at least I’ll have an idea as to how to fix it should it happen again. Thanks for helping!

    I am getting the same message “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection”. I need help and can’t seem to find it the way I used to be able to live chat.

    @reynaldocastro01 I don’t know if this will resolve this issue for your circumstance, but I logged off and signed back in and everything worked fine after, like I mentioned. You might also want to look at clearing cache/cookies.
