I’m not sure how long this has been like this, but I see that the message no longer gives a time frame.

“Please checkout within or this item will be removed from your cart.”

I’ve checked the settings and it’s set to 12 hours. Not sure where to go from there.

    Thanks!

Can you tell me what theme you are using and what version of WordPress, WooCommerce, and the plugin you are using?

First, wow! I’m impressed with the fast response.

Second, sorry. I should have included this info.

WP 4.9.9 (I’m afraid of Gutenberg killing my store) Built on Genesis Framework 2.8.1.

I just updated Woo today, and saw the above afterward, so I don’t know if the issue was there previously. I can say that at least a few months ago it was working.

I’ve been playing around trying to source the issue. If I inspect the element the CSS for span.wc-csr-countdown gives me an autotimize cache link. And I just installed that a few months ago, so I thought I might be on to something. I cleared all cache and deacitved it, but I still don’t get the countdown.

    So back to you!
    Thanks!

Just adding that it’s the Genesis Sample theme.

Do you see the javascript code being added to the page?

    It should start with:
    jQuery(‘.wc-csr-countdown’).countdown({until:

Is the autoptimize you added this plugin? https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/autoptimize/
Anything related to caching can be tricky

Yes, I checked page source and the javascript is there. And yes, that’s the plugin I’m using.

Your JS question gave me another clue though. I installed Async JavaScript when I installed Autoptimize. They’re from the same developer and work together.

I’ve deactivated both, cleared cache, and now I have the countdown showing. Reactivated, excluded your plugin’s js from them, and it’s all good.

    Thanks for your help!
