    thanks -L

Personally I think you have too many menu choices on menu bar which IMO makes it look a tad untidy. I think I would be adding all these to the left sidebar in categories using the the same format as the menus already there. The Anti Ageing to workout menu looks quite smart to me and the text is nice and sharp.
Your About, privacy, disclaimer and register menus I would also put on the sidebar but under a different category name, also this would be at the bottom end of the sidebar. If you had to leave anything on the menu bar then keep it to a minimum, Home and About for example.
The text you have on the right sidebar rearding your name and about you etc I’d consider putting that into the About text leaving you some space for other menus. You could move the facebook link over there giving you more space on the left.

Hope you don’t mind the suggestions Luz, the content of the site is excellent. I am just starting out blogging myself, I built a couple of sites before but never tried blogging. Good luck with yours.

Thank You Killie! Of course I don’t mind your suggestions. I wish I would have gotten more responses, and more how-to’s, as I am a total retard about WP…. This is the best way for me to learn and though everyone says WP is easy, I don’t find it so. I built 2 sites before and it was so much easier then WP, but I prefer blogging and for that, I think WP it’s the best. Anyway, Your right about the nav menu, however, I am not sure how to do what you suggested

I dont know your theme and I’m pretty reluctacnt to experiment with mine as I dont have a back up yet…something I must do.
I’d imagine pretty much moving some widgets around, from the pages menu in the admin panel you would need to delete the titles you choose from the list. Then perhaps go to the links menus and create the categories in there for your topics.
Just choose one to start with and see how it goes, I assume you have all the content stored away somewhere safe in case of accidents, thats a heck of a lot of typing to get it all back ??

    Hey fitnessluz,

The general feel of the site is nice. Agreed too many menu choices.

Something to consider…people take in soundbites, wordbites in your case, at about 15 seconds/bite then if they’re not interested they move on. So what I’m saying is the site is word “heavy”. Take for example Muscle Building Fiction. What if you summarized the entire article on your main page (i.e. wet their appetite) then have a link to the full article. I think that would add to a lighter feeling webpage, allowing for room to explore.

    Good work nonetheless.

    just my .02
