Please consider paginating the options

Hi,

First, thanks for a great plugin.

I only have one request/concern. As I have a large number of custom post types and other options on my WP, the adminimize settings page is extremely long. This leads to performance issues when I am trying to edit settings, and also it is very difficult to locate the correct sections when scrolling.

Could you consider to paginate the different settings tables of the plugin please? Each table could be on its own page instead of one below the other that is now.
