Please contact me – can’t log in for Premium support

I am a long-time Responsive Pro user and have urgent questions regarding upgrade paths and the Pro plugin. However my Club account password has stopped working, and although your website let me change the password, it still won’t log me in with the new one. Please will you contact me here and tell me how to get Pro support. Thank you.
