Please Critique My First Sites

    I have just started my first 3 sites. They are all video blogs. Please review and let me know what you think. I am especially wondering what you think about the advertising placement (and quantity) and and how I have the “Videos” page setup. The sites are all basically the same, but I’ll post all of them just in case people think the subject of the site should have an impact on its design. These sites took me a long time to put together; three weeks ago I never even heard of php, css, and I had never even used ftp software. Please, let me have it!

    FWIW, I would much rather have these videos in a gallery format, but I have only found such tools for youtube videos.

    Also, I would appreciate any suggestions on what to do with the headers. I don’t really like how they look right now.
