    As our CDN is a service provided to a WordPress.com account holder, rather than a feature of the Jetpack plugin itself, we cannot remove that file from our cache without confirmation that we’re dealing with the verified owner of the Jetpack connection.

    Please make sure you’re logged into your WordPress.com account that owns the Jetpack connection, and then open a support ticket at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support, and someone can help you there.
