Please enqueue scripts in the footer

This plugin is great, but all of the static resources are enqueued in the header. This causes issues with page speed and makes sites that use the plugin rank poorly on Google Page Speed Insights.

Please consider setting the footer parameter to true for the JS files this plugin uses.
