please explain why this is happening

It seems to lack any .css
Edit the index.php file, and find if it’s pointing to the correct css. Thats all i can think of..

You need to upload your style sheet

i am not sure where the style sheet went but it was no where to be found.
i moved one over from one of my other blogs.
