• I have a 3 step form that works great, but when you complete and submit the form, the last page refreshes and ends up with only this message: “Please fill out the form on the previous page.”

The form sends just fine, but I’d rather folks not see that message.

    Any ideas what’s happening?

    Hi,

thanks for opening up a new thread. There could be a number of things happening with your form. First, make sure the last step on your form has the [multistep "3-3"] form tag. It may also be a javascript error occurring from another plugin or the theme. To see if you have any javascript errors you can follow step 3 on this page: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors

    Hey @webheadllc,

    I have a form with 3 pages.

Is there a way we can block URL access to pages 2 or 3 when people haven’t click on the next button into the page 1?

Actually, if we just change the URL manually, it goes to the page without any problem.. which is a problem!

    Ex:
    /form-1/
    /form-2/
    /form-3/ (submit page)

    Thanks!

This plugin does not seem to work on my Samsung…if I fill out the first page and click next it only tells me to fill out the previous page and does not give the new form? Any suggestions?
    Thanks!

In this week i had the same problem. I think tath a recent update of the plugin multistep has created this problem, infact some time ago all was right. I resolved it in this way: i’ve deleted the cache (images and JS) of the pluging WP FASTEST CACHE (Delete Cache and Minified CSS/JS) in ‘Delete Cache’ settings and also exclude the pages containing the shortcode for CF7 in ‘Exclude’ settings. Beyond this In case you use a CDN like CLOUDFARE purge the specific pages containing the shortcode for CF7.

    Now all is ok.

I hope this is useful. The problem is the caching.

    Sorry for my bad english.
