Please Fill The Required Field

  • Hi, when a required field is missed, the message PLEASE FILL THE REQUIRED FIELD shows up in red.

    That would be fine except that message displays over the top of the field and will not go away. The user cannot access that field and has to hit REFRESH which deletes the entire form completed form info.

    Help? Suggestions?

    Theme issue. Try switching to the default theme.

    Any other way to fix this? I need to use this theme. I will also try the theme developers. thanks.

    If you switch temporarily to a default theme and find the problem goes away, then your problem is caused by the theme. In that case you obviously need to fix the theme to fix the problem or change to other theme that doesn’t cause the problem.

    For me it would be a red flag for that theme – it’s a warning sign of a poorly coded theme that I would avoid using.
