Please fix: not fully compatible with Polylang

Hello!
I’m using Polylang to have a site in both English and Finnish.
The calendar is on the English calendar page ( https://hdgdhelsinki.fi/calendar/ ) while on the Finnish calendar page I have the command “[ai1ec]”.
What happens is that, in the permalink of the events, the word “event” is translated to “tapahtuma” (the Finnish term) but then the user gets an error message (which, by the way, makes me go back to the English version) as the page hdgdhelsinki.fi/event/something exists but the page hdgdhelsinki.fi/tapahtuma/something doesn’t!

Can you make so the calendar would either redirect to the correct link or, better, allow to have twin events, one for each language?
