Please give an ID to everything…

I haven’t used the latest alpha versions yet, but in 2.0.* the edit post page has a lot of hidden inputs that have no id attributes in them. Specifically, the action input. The lack of IDs is making it very difficult to write my latest plugin, and an earlier idea of mine got shot down because of user_id input on the same page.

If this hasn’t already be covered, could all future versions of WordPress give IDs to all inputs. Even if it seems that there is no reason to change them someone eventually may need to. Besides its what the W3 says to do.
