Please give me my refund

It sucks that you guys totally ignored me and deleted my account, thus cutting off a way to communicate my concerns. I have screenshots of the entire dialog and the terms and conditions. I am still within my rights to receive a refund for a product that doesn’t work. Please resolve this issue. Thank you.
