Please HELP

It’s a great social sharing plugin, i have used it in newstelecom.info earlier and currently using it.

Problem is it remain disappeared above the fold and it only visible whenever someone scroll down the page but i want it to remain active in any condition.

And i want to say one more think: It’s one of the best social sharing plugin in terms of fast loading time.

Kindly solve my problem.
