PLEASE HELP!!

I have been trying to get support in buyer supportforum for 3 days now, but with out luck…! So I figure I will try here. I bought the pro version, plus an extra add-on called aviary. My problem is that is does not work… I PAYED FOR THIS!!!! So you have to help, or give me my money back!!
