Please Help: Allow User Submitted Links To Display Under Content

I want to add something to my site [ https://www.UndergroundFlix.com ] that would allow users to submit external links to videos I have posted. I have seen this on multiple sites but I am not aware or a plugin/code that will allow me to do this. Can someone please link me to an article/tutorial/plugin that will allow me to achieve this goal.

These websites allow people to add external links once they are logged in. You can use them as an example to sort through their code if you want.

–This site has external links listed directly under video. Users can scroll to the bottom and login to submit links.

–This site has a ‘Watch Online Links’ tab which then displays user submissions.

I prefer the layout of the first site. Any assistance would be appreciated.
