PLEASE HELP: Audio player plog-in

Firstly I installed the 1pixelout plugin through wordpress and then i activated it, just like I do with all plugins. Then I placed this code [audio:https://mp3.teledyski.info/meme.mp3%5D into my post and all im getting is a narrow white box. I also tried [audio url] & [audio=] and placing it into the html section of my post.

Im I doing something wrong? The instructions said download the plugin and extract the content and manually put them into the blog root. Well I tried it that way and im still not getting any results.

Can someone please assist me with a step by step approach to get the player to work. I’ve been at this from 1pm today and its now 7pm. ??
