Please Help! Can’t get my logo to show up…

So I’m using the Tropicala template and have been banging my head against the wall trying to get my logo to show up in place of the default text header. At this point I have re-uploaded the clean, original files of the template because I made a ton of changes and none of them worked. I’m able to change the color scheme, background image, etc. all fine, but for whatever reason I just can’t get this logo to show up…
