    I’m helping someone with their WordPress site but having an issue that someone can hopefully help me with. Within the past 3 days, my client hasn’t been able to log into his site but I can still. It is telling him that the website is unavailable but I can still see the site/dashboard/login page. He is also using the same username and password that I am using. I contacted BlueHost but still haven’t heard back from them. Does it sound like his IP is just being blocked or something else that I can fix? Thanks for any possible solutions!

    Tell your customer to flush the browser cache and cookies or try to access WordPress dashboard in another browser.

    Ask web hosting provider if your client’s ISP IP address is blocked in web server firewall.

    You can also ask your client to check ping result to determine If his requests are being reached to web server or not. Open command prompt and type following command (do not forget to replace domain.com with actual website name).

    ping domain.com
