    HI!

I continue with my problem to create a new tax according to certain cities of a state.

I have my tax table set up this way.

    https://prntscr.com/l0z30i

Also the configuration for billing information.

    https://prnt.sc/l0z3eq

When I arrive at the checkout, it creates the tax, but, when I change city or state the new tax is maintained.

    https://prntscr.com/l0z4pq

When I change city that I should not apply, the tax follows.

    https://prntscr.com/l0z58d

The same happens when a change of state is maintained.

I appreciate that you can help me to configure this correctly, I have been more than a month and I can not find a solution. The template I use is Storefront currently.

    Hi @alexcitos19

I’d be happy to help with the double tax issue. None of your screenshots loaded but does this issue happen after switching back to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce?

If not, then re-enable each one at a time until you find the one that’s causing the conflict. If this does not help, can you provide us with the screenshot again using https://snag.gy

    Thanks,

    Hi!

    Send new screenshots.

    General Configuration.

    Option Tax:

    Standard Rates:

    Checkout – Tax Correct:

    Checkout – Tax incorrect:

I’m using storefront because the initial template was BETHEME and it showed flaws, it did not even show the tax.

    Thanks!

It appears the Priority of the top row ( US ) is causing this issue. Give the rows with included cities a priority of 1 and to current US row a priority of 3 to see if that changes anything.

Nothing happened. The Surtax is still applied at the checkout when it changed city or state.

When I start the form and put a city with the new tax, it applies it. But when I want to change it is still applied and it is never removed.

It should only be applied in the cities that are listed in the state of Florida.
