    Please Help! This problem is driving me nuts so please help. I am not sure where the issue lies to i am posting it here and in the Neve Theme forum.

    I am using the EA Product Grid as part of a Product Archive template to display a large list of a top level categories (i moved from using pages to using Archive Templates as i couldn’t get the side bar\shop bar to allow visitors to scroll through categories when using pages). Everything was working absolutely fine until recently and product Cards were displaying correctly on my live site (good even size using the full width of the theme and screen). On Friday i did my usual check of my live site and notice that certain pages are not displaying correctly.

    The display are still stretching the full width of the screen and the number of columns and items to display are correct however the product card is displaying in a VERY compact way. The same is not happening when used on a PAGE. When reviewing the template via the Elementor Editor it all displays correct as it does when “Previewing” unfortunately it all goes wrong when it is published.

    Please, Please has somebody seen this issue before or able to offer advice? All of a sudden my live site looks very unprofessional and i might need to take it down rather than it putting people off.

    FYI. I am using EA Product Grid because the native product grids will not display the ADD BASKET button when published (despite it all showing correctly in the editors).

    I have screen shots available should it not be clear from the page link attached.

    Hi @eightytoys ,

    Sorry to hear that you’re facing this kind of broken issue.

    Can you please try doing this following: To regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the Regenerate Assets button. Check out this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/pvozsx

    Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools as well. Check out this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/r3b588

    Then check again.

    Good Morning All,

    @abidhasan112 thank you for your response.

    After continuing to dig last night i finally discovered that the issue was the Neve Theme Pro add on. By deactivating the Neve Pro and reverting back to the regular Neve Theme the issue automatically resolved itself. It also resolved an issue with another EA item called Logo Slider.
