Please help–fatal error affecting login after updating

  • Hello everyone. thanks for reading.

    I just did an update on my site: https://www.JerryKuzma.com, I am not positive of my current version, as I cannot login.

    here is the warning I got:

  • Delete the wp-admin and wp-includes folders. Download a fresh copy of wp. Extract wp-admin and wp-inludes folders and upload them to the server. DO NOT touch the wp-content folder.

    thanks for the reply.

    I tried what you said, but when I try to delete the two folders, I get an error message…. permission denied.

    Any advice? Is it a problem with read/write permission on the folders or something?
