PLEASE HELP! Fatal Error – can't login to dashboard

  • Hey guys!

    I’m currently facing a fatal error which makes me unable to login my dashboard or even view my website on any devices.
    The error is:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_initial_constants() in /home/affccoms/public_html/wp/wp-settings.php on line 42

    I technically didn’t even touch the website til refreshed the page this morning. I believe it has something to do with an upgrade for the wordpress version.

    Has any of you encountered such case? How did you solve it?

  • Can you log into your wordpress admin page. If so, deactivate all plugins. If that fixes problem, reactivate them one at a time to find out which one is causing the problem.

    If you can’t log in, use ftp access, rename your /wp-content/plugins folder.

    I’m experiencing a fatal error as well. It’s preventing me from logging in to the dashboard so I’m not sure what to do.

    This is the error that I am receiving.
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function ninja_forms_register_tab() in /home/content/s/w/a/swartz5522/html/wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms-layout-master/includes/admin-layout.php on line 30

    Please help.
