Please Help. How Can I Add A Video To Page?

    i have an video that i REALLY would love to be able to upload to a page so that people can get a visual demonstration of what we offer.
    PLEASE HELP. I have been googling but i can’t figure this one out.
    i have three versions of the video as follows …..
    the .mp4 version is 18.7MB
    the .flv version is 43.7MB
    the originl .flv is 81.6MB

    trying to upload it, gets me no where since there seems to be a 7MB limit. also i have tried uploading the video directly via FTP into the following folder https://www.mydomain.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/ & that didnt seem to do anything.
    when i logged into my WP Dashboard & looked around the video was nowhere to be found in the media library or anywhere.
    any help would be greatly appreciated!

    that was it govpatel i did not know about the flv button!
    its crazy – while it is so obvious to you and others that know it really is a mystery for us bginners.

    You are welcome we all start some where and learn as we go along as I was same position and learned all this things.
    I started when there was no html editors we have now and have worked all different scripts.
