Please help! How to put a two-column content on a tooltip?

The list can’t occupy the height of the screen that’s why I want to put it in a two-column. Please help. Thanks ??

How is the tooltip generated?

Thank you so much for the response. The shortcode is already included on the theme. Yes, I have Tooltip CK installed, but didn’t use it.. I used the shortcode available on the toolbar on the text block. Thanks.

wow! I tried to use tooltip CK plugin and i liked it because I can change the color that could match with the color of my website. ?? .. I decided not to write all the details listed above for me to be able to use tooltip CK ??

After hours of experimenting, I now got the best solution. What I did is that I erased half of the list. I did that to use the tooltip ck plugin which is really awesome! Thank you Andrew for spending some of your time with me! It is very much appreciated. :). I am now happy with the result.. ??
