Please help! How to uninstall/remove a theme and start over??

  • I desperately need help to uninstall and then re-install my theme, how is this done? Can someone please help me?

  • Appearance > Themes > Then use the delete next to the theme you want to delete.

    To re-install,
    Appearance > Add New Themes > Then search for the one you want and click Install.

    Or upload it manually (if you’ve already got a copy saved somewhere). Load your FTP client, navigate to your wp-content/themes folder and upload the folder containing your theme.

    On my wordpress theme, which is one I selected and then downloaded, there is no delete function. Any other ideas? (I am using simple scripts through blue host, and the 2 basic blog themes they offer have the delete button, but not my specially installed one.)

    If you activative one of the other two themes your current one will join the group below giving you the Delete option.
