Please help, I am unable to remove Propeller Ads/ Pop-up Ads

  • Please Help,

    I have never used and installed Propeller ads on my websites but inspite of that Propeller Ads plugin is getting activate automatically even after deleting it and showing pop-up ads.
    I have tried clear cache browser, deleting plugins and themes but nothing improvement.
    I have also contacted hosting provider, they scanned all files and no malware founds there and they are saying we can’t do anything more as WordPress is a 3rd party product.
    Please I am in huge tension, please tell me the solution.

    Hello,

    I have proved my ownership to the team of propeller ad but now they are denying to help. They are blaming to hosting provider and WordPress.

    Please anyone can tell me how this shit plugin of @propellerads plugin is getting activate automatically in wp-admin. I want to protect my website from this spam ad network.

    Hey, I am facing the same issue.
    I want to remove popunder ads from my website but I am unable to do it.
    I have removed the code from header. Also the sj file from the root folder. Still getting those popunder ads.
