• Hi,

    My webpage uses Bookly and Postman SMTP
    I’m seeing email for a successful booking, but I don’t know where it’s coming from, and the backend doesn’t have the booking for it, but PostMan logged that the email was sent via PostMan. Further, the service information/date/time is very weird. I feel like something is compromised somewhere, what should I do?

    The booking email looks like this:

    Service: Untitled
    Date: July 22, 2015
    Time: 10:54 am
    Client name: ddfds
    Client phone: [removed from public forums]
    Client email: [removed from public forums]

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    Yes, I’ve emailed support to ask if it’s related to their module, but because this is time sensitive and I haven’t gotten a response, I wanted to know if people know of a way to trigger that problem from the website, some scripting and posting URL with parameters or so. I guess I’ll just have to wait until they respond.

    Postman is what sends the emails via your server’s SMTP, so the logging makes sense, it doesn’t send emails on its own.

    It looks like the booking plugin is misfiring.
