Please help, insert download not working

Hi,
The plugin doesn’t work for me: when I trie to insert a sohrtcode within the text editor the dialoque window appears behind te text editor (I use Vsual Composer) so any inserts I chose won’t stick. Please advise since now the plugin is useless to me.
