Please HELP /#!/ is screwing up my sites

    Can someone please tell me what to do. I have several wp sites, and maybe I don’t pay close enough attention, but why is wp throwing in a random /#!/ in my http? It’s causing bad links.. For instance I have a contact page at /ladies/. when I hover the link it shows /ladies/ as soon as I click it. /#!/ladies and the content is gone. WTF SOMEONE PLEEEEESE
