Please help- Jetpack shows zero visits

Howdy-
My new website is https://www.machine2wireless.com. I had it built for me by a more experienced person (and I think she did a great job!) but when I tried to install and use Jetpack I unfortunately didn’t see any visitors. If I use Analytics, the visitors are there, but I prefer the WP dashboard.
This isn’t a life-or-death issue, but I would very much appreciate help with it.
