Have recently moved my blog (elleafrique.com) to a different host and after all the work, I realised that have lost a few blogs, images but most importantly stats. The stats are very important to me and would like some help in getting them all back please.

What stats are you referring to?

The stats on the views that the pages have had

Are you talking about stats in a web analytics package such as Google Analytics? Or was this data within WordPress itself? Were they being captured by a plugin?

    They were captured by jetpack

Where are all the WordPress support team? …. Realising more problems … Have also lost all blog subscribers … Blog is elleafrique.com … Please help!!!! Thanks

Where are all the WordPress support team?

The “support team” for WordPress are all volunteers. In fact everyone that works for WordPress are volunteers. So please be patient. We are taking time out of our day to help you.

As for the problem, I think you may have been hacked. That or the Jetpack plugin is just going mental.

Hacked? That doesn’t sound good at all. Will wait patiently for one of you to be available … ?? thanks

You will want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures. Also as for the Jetpack stats I would go to there support forum and ask them there about the stats and whatnot as it is related to Jetpack.

Thank you Mathew, will do that right away. Hope it works.
