I’m using the Twenty Thirteen theme with modifications located here: https://lazarusalliance.com/clientportal/ and my problem which I don’t think is self inflicted is a thin dotted line at the bottom under the copyright. I’ve searched for the culprit with no success. I would be most appreciative if someone would help me solve the mystery.

  • The issue appears to be with the image link-wrapper-bg.png, which is set as the background image for the site footer. The problem is that the browser is repeating the image over and over again to cover the entire area, and it looks fine horizontally, but the top of the image looks like it’s a bit darker than the rest of the image, which is causing that seam to appear when the image is repeated vertically.

You could force the image to cover the entire background area by using .site-footer { background-size: 100% 100%; } in your child theme or custom CSS plugin, but that doesn’t really look that good. Your best choice might be to quickly edit that image to fix the top pixels.
