Please help me

I cannot after trying 50 times, my download of a purchased workpress theme from Sandora for realtors will not download properly in order for your program to add it to my wordpress godaddy website builder no matter how I do it. Please can someone please help me with this or call me… Godaddy says that they cannot help with wordpress problems. I’ve been trying now my 3 theme attempt with zero luck.
