    I just purchased a starter version of formidable pro but after payment they just email me the user name and login something like that and when I check my license and download there’s nothing. Please Help me!!!

    Sorry you’re having trouble. Have you created a ticket in our help desk? That is the best place to contact us, especially about questions with your account.

    Also, since this is a support request and not a review, it would be great if you could update this once you’ve used the plugin. Thanks!

    @maffleen123, Hey, just want to make sure you’re aware of where you’re posting – as you seem to have an urgent issue. You’ve posted for support on the Reviews section of the Formidable Forms plugin. This section is meant to be used to review the Formidable Forms plugin as distributed on www.ads-software.com.

    There isn’t a section on www.ads-software.com for Formidable Pro support because that plugin is not distributed on www.ads-software.com. The www.ads-software.com forums are meant only for the software distributed here. This means that moderators disallow plugin authors to support their commercial products here.

    Which means that you’re probably not going to get support here. As you’ve made a review on the Formidable Forms plugin, can you express your experience of this plugin itself?
