Please help me

  • I tried to post somewhere else and I think I made a mistake.

    I would greatly appreciate any help in making this work if possible.

    I have 3 drop downs.

    1: Company – this is ok

    2: Region – this is ok
    Alberta
    BC
    East
    Ontario

    3: Location – this is not ok.
    What I need to do is have the following list displayed when the appropriate region is selected

    Alberta Locations
    Calgary-Center
    Calgary-North
    Calgary-south
    Edmonton
    Edmonton-south

    BC Locations
    Burnaby
    Maple Ridge
    Vancouver
    Victoria
    BC-Cowichan
    BC-PG

    Moncton

    Ontario

    Kingston
    Milton
    Niagra
    Pembroke
    QWY-West Mall
    Thornhill
