Please help me get my WYSIWYG back!

The WYSIWYG editor window seems to have been disabled. All we can get is the html editor window now. We are a home design blog and need to change type and font color and see pix as we upload and link in a new window. We are dumb girls who need the visual — none of us know/use code.

Please have pity and tell me how to get the SYSIWYG editor back? My site is using 2.6.5 and I have no desire to upgrade.
