Please help me: no lightbox plugin works?

hey guys,
i’m really helpless. I upgraded from wpmu to wp 3.0.4 and now it seems impossible to get any lightbox plugin to work.

every lightbox plugin can be activated and even the rel-attributes that normally trigger the lightbox get added to my images.

however whenever i click on an image absolutely nothing happens. not even the normal link triggers. the javascript console doesn’t through any errors.

please please please help me, i’m absolutely helpless. I’m trying to fix this for 3 days now.
