Since the text you mentioned is a static string, you can translate it via Loco Translate plugin.?Please check the documentation on how to translate static strings:

You also need to sync and save the translation files too.

Additionally, do this method in both Pro and Free versions of the Cost Calculator Builder in the Loco Translate.

Furthermore, please make sure that the translations are located in the “system” folder – https://joxi.ru/2Y0D6boi5nDpBm
