Please help: no action when importing

    Hi there

    Export works fine. But when importing (even with your sample file), nothing happens.

    “Nothing happens” means: First I select the file and the I hit the button “Upload file and import”. After this, the site redirects directly to the WordPress “Tools” section with a blank page.

    That happens on both of my sites.

    What’s wrong and how to find out?

    Thanks a lot for any hints, otherwise I must import my reviews manually ??

    Hi @swissdrago,

    Could you please share with us your web server error log and Woocommerce fatal error log (Woocommerce>Status>Logs>fatal-error) so that we can check it.

    If you are trying to import product reviews then please try installing our Product review import-export plugin.

    Web server error has nothing about it. Woocommerce>Status>Logs>fatal-error is not existing. But there’s nothing in the Woocommerce log file about it ??

    Yes, I’m using Product review import-export plugin. Oops, I’m in the wrong forum then ??

    I’ll create a post in the correct forum then.
