Please help – not sure why but cant access my website

    I know I am using a very old child theme Third Style – and I also know that I know nothing! I have had to ask for help from this forum many times and [moderated – Please do not share your login details] . I have I believe just automatically updated a few plugins as I usually do when signing in to check the site or add to … and now I appear to be forbidden from entering the admin or the main site – anyone help me please – and if you suggest I go to the CPannel it will simply blow my mind – cant hack that – [moderated]

    Site loads and wp-admin is available for login. More info needed.

    Thank you fixmysite! I have slept on it and woke up to a fixed site – weird?? Can you direct me please to someone who can help me with changing the colours on the site – particularly the black areas – ie. Tabs and footer – would prefer these to be place background with dark text and I cant find the css anywhere! ~I have tried contacting the site owner but I don’t think they work with this theme any longer!
