Please help Nothing happens when I press the search button

We are sorry as we don’t have Spanish support over forum from our end. Below are the details that we need to debug this issue:

1.Console log errors. Browser console log error at the time of loading the page & also on hitting the search button. Steps to get console logs:

• Open the Console window in Chrome using Ctrl + Shift + J (or Cmd + Opt + J on Mac) Follow this for reference
• Hit the Search button and check the console log errors
• Send the console logs as it is. It’s better a if you can send screenshot of complete console log errors.

2. Browser version
3. Is the issue on all browsers or a specific browser?
4. PHP version (You can use plugins like display PHP version that display PHP version on dashboard)
5. PHP error logs (if any)
6. WordPress version
7. Plugin version
8. Are you using multiple editors in your setup? If yes, which plugin are you using for that so that we can try to reproduce the issue on our end?

I saw that the problem is when I use the plugin “WPBakery Page Builder” in pages. I dont have any problem usisng Amanzon Link Builder with post because I dont have to use this plugin
He visto que el problema es cuando uso el plugin “Wpbakery Page Builder” en páginas. No tengo ningún problema en las entradas que no tengo que usar este plugin

– my WordPress version is 4.9.1 (version de WordPress)
– I am using Google Chrome but I have got the problem in all the browsers (Uso Chrome pero tengo el problema en todos los navegadores
– Theme is GreenChilli version 1.04

– Any idea How to fix? alguna idea

We fixed the issue in v1.5.3 of plugin release yesterday. Please update the same and feel free to reopen the thread in case the issue still persists.
