can u please tell me what to do with those codes now. do i find them and change them…sorry real newbie over here

It is like a mystery story. Usually in a browser you can view source. That will show you the lines that validator is showing an error in. Then you need to find where in your php/html that line is being generated. Most likely widgets and posts.

Errors are also cascading – that means often when you correct one, others will be corrected also.

EDIT – But FIRST, turn off all plugins and switch to the twentyten theme. If your problems go away then it is theme oriented. Add plugins back one by one to determine which one (if any) are causing the problem.
