Please help. Popup is not working yet.

    Hello,

    I just added and activated your popup and then for network wide control I added the line “define(‘PO_GLOBAL’, true);” to my wp-config.php file. But what do I need to do further for the popup to work? Also where and how can I customize the timing and title of the popup? Where will the collected email be deposited? Thanks

  • Hi @samiyoyo,

    With the plugin activated you should have options to create a new PopUp in your WordPress admin pages, this is where you specify the title. Then you can specify which PopUps display on which pages and when via the PopUp settings.

    If you don’t see these options, it suggests that the plugin did not correctly activate.

    Regarding our question about collecting emails… I’m afraid you lost me. What emails are you collecting? and how?

    I have installed the pop up lite but nothing happens. It worked before and has stopped working. I deleted the cache on the page ealier . Could this be the problem?
