Please help this fumbler with missing icons

Theme: Modern Themes’ ‘Hired Premium’
Font: Font-Awesome 4
Current: Font-Awesome 5
This page is installed as ‘plug-in’ (modern themes’ ‘Services’, has a column template page that links to post pages where each icon and text is input.
I don’t know how to upgrade to 5. The fonts you can see are 4, the ones you can’t see, well, I tried 4 and 5 and the Better Font Awesome plugin.
Modern Themes claim to offer support but…they don’t! (another story, just say I’m on my own with this theme)
Can I just remake this page with my own table and upgrade (though I don’t know how) to font awesome 5?
