    Dear MagePeople team,
I’m running into a few issues with the Pro version of the WpDepositly plugin on a client site running WooCommerce 8.4.0. Can you help with these? I’ve also submitted a support ticket, but adding this here because the refund policy states that a support post on the forum needs to be made for a plugin to be eligible for refund.

    1. When I enable the option to pay in installments, the checkout total for any product, even if I don’t choose to use a payment plan when adding it to my cart, is $0. This won’t work, because we need to be able to get paid when people check out. Do you know why this might be happening?

    2. Is there any way to show in the cart and checkout that I have selected a payment plan for a product? Right now, the only place that selection shows is in the total, which will be a partial amount instead of full price. But I would like to show some text under a product for which a payment plan has been selected, both in the cart and on checkout, so it’s clear how customers have chosen to pay for that product. Is there a way to do this?

    3. I’ve been setting up payment plans and enabling them on individual products, because when I enable the checkout option, the option to use a payment plan isn’t appearing in the checkout flow. When I check the box to show the checkout option in the cart as well, it doesn’t show in the cart either. Do you know why the checkout option wouldn’t work?

    4. This is minor, but I would like to be able to show the full price option first, rather than second, in the list of payment options for each product. Is that possible without using custom CSS?

I really appreciate any help you can give me—my client is waiting for me to resolve these bugs so we can set the partial payment option live. If I can’t resolve these problems, I will need to ask for a refund for the Pro version of this product, as it won’t work for us.

    Thank you!

Hi there, any word on any of this?

My client is asking about this, because I ended up implementing a different solution using coupons for now, but we still would really like to be able to use this plugin to enable installments.

Otherwise, as mentioned previously, I will need to ask for a refund for the Pro version of this product.

Got it—thank you both! I wasn’t sure how to best get in touch since I hadn’t heard back through official channels, so thought I’d raise it here just in case.

    I appreciate the help.
